  • Open the Chrome Web Store page.
  • Click the “Add to Chrome” button.
  • Wait until you see the blue mic icon on the top right.
  • Paste the URL and press “Save” for Listen/Record.

  • Install from Google Play or download the APK.
  • Enable “Allow unknown sources” for APK installs.
  • Sign in and grant all permissions (mic not needed, network access).
  • Add the Space link; use Listen, Record, Studio editing, and sharing.
laptop_windows Windows
  • Run the .exe installer (optional /S silent).
  • Choose your audio device on first launch.
  • Enter the Space URL; start Listen + Record modes.
  • Add regions, export (MP3/WAV/FLAC).

Are downloads anonymous?

Yes. Your requests are sent with randomized user-agent and proxy pool; the Space owner cannot see the capture.

Where is my recording stored?

Chrome: local sandbox; Android: app private storage; Windows: default Music/XRecorder folder (changeable). We do not keep logs in the cloud.

Can I turn off auto-updates?

The extension auto-updates via Web Store; on Windows you can disable it in Settings > Update. For Android, use Play settings.
